Accident Claims
If an accident occurs, on the road, in the workplace or elsewhere a worthwhile claim for compensation can often be pursued. We are not “ambulance chasers” or claims farmers and will advise you impartially and realistically on your claim.
Our "No win No fee" scheme enables you to pursue your claim, without the costs and risks that often stop a claim being made.
We can provide specialist advice in the following areas: -
- If you are involved in a road accident and wish to claim for personal injury or to recover your uninsured losses.
- If you are injured at work. Your employer may be liable.
- If you are injured due to the defective or dangerous condition of a building or highway.
- If you are attacked by a savage or unrestrained animal.
- If you are the victim of a criminal assault you may also have a claim for compensation even if no criminal proceedings are brought.
